[15-Sep-10][mb]Rain Goes ‘Back To Basic’

Asian superstar Rain returns to the music scene with “Back To Basic” Asia Special Edition CD + DVD, which comes with five new songs including the ballad “Love Song” and the dance hit “Hip Song.”

The album's title suggests that despite his stature, Rain has never forgotten where he started, and approaches his music with the same ambition and attitude as he did eight years ago as a newcomer.

The R&B singer has swept the charts with six albums since debuting in 2002. The comeback comes on the heels of his starring in the Hollywood action flick “Ninja Assassin” (2009) and “Speed Racer” (2008), completing a world tour, and taking a hand at producing his own boy band called MBLAQ (wherein one member is the brother of 2NE1 vocalist Sandara Park) under his own production team, J. Tune Entertainment.

He recently staged a concert at SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.
